I’m very pleased to reveal the UK cover for my next post-apocalyptic thriller / horror novel Reapers.

Reapers will be published by Orbit UK under my AJ Ryan pseudonym on November 3rd 2026. 

Reapers will also be published by Blackstone Publishing in the US and Canada under Anthony Ryan. Where-to-buy details are on the book page.

I’m also delighted to confirm that the Broken Binding will be offering a special hardcover edition of Reapers (currently signing the pages – see below). I understand this will initially be offered to their membership subscribers but should appear on their general store shortly after UK publication. More details to come when I have them.

In other news, I’m pleased to report that the first volume of the Polish Edition of The Seven Swords collected edition is now available. Published in September by Fabrykaslow – title: Siedem Mieczy – ksiega 1. If anyone happens to know the name of the cover and interior illustrator, please let me know. 

And finally, if anyone’s curious about what I’ve been doing recently, a rare writing update:

I submitted the manuscript for my next full length fantasy novel to my editor at Orbit in early July. Sadly, I’m still unable to confirm any details but keep watching the is space for an announcement. Suffice to say it features characters long term readers may recognise. 

I’m currently finalising the outline for the first volume in what I hope will be my next full length fantasy series. Sorry to be a tease, but I can’t reveal much about this one either, except to say it’s a whole new world which I’m very excited to start exploring.
