I enjoyed your first novel very much, Anthony. I’ve been buried under a rock since I didn’t see this new series and the eBook sale was an instant purchase.
I’m three chapter in and I’m deeply impressed. I can’t put it down. I’m looking forward to the rest of it and a pre-purchase for book 2. I’ll leave a review on Amazon.com after I finish reading it.
It’s difficult to find good Fantasy fiction, but I think The Waking Fire just might be one of those difficult books to find. Thanks!

Seems this book was never launched in Norway, and Kindle will not let me buy it. How to buy?

Translation rights for The Waking Fire in Norway haven’t been bought so only the English language version is available. Looks like you can buy the epub version of The Waking Fire in Norway via iTunes. It might also be available via Kobo.com.
