Big time thanks to author T. L. Gray for her review of Blood Song, which can be read on her blog: www.tlgray.blogspot.com. Also on Amazon and Goodreads. Spoiler phobes should note there are some minor plot reveals, but on the whole it’s probably the most well written summary of the book I’ve read to date, including my own.

Oh my good lord….I’m reading Blood Song now, savoring it really, because I don’t know when the next one will be out, but it is utterly amazing. So much so that I was searching all the people I know up in New York to see if someone would look at this amazing ebook. Then I found your wordpress and also saw that you are going to be published through Berkley….is it their DAW imprint…one of my favorite fantasy imprints….I’m ecstatic for you. And can’t wait to actually handsell the book to my customers. Congratulations!

Anthony, you are an incredible writer. If you continue writing fantasy of this caliber, your name will become as household as Robert Jordan…. no pressure! Just kidding 🙂 Seriously though, I’m blown away by Raven’s Shadow. I feel like I robbed you at $2.99 when I’ve paid well over that for complete crap.

I robbed you worse at $1.50, but i have to say it exceeded “Name of the Wind” on several levels. I’ll join the chorus of fans clamoring for the next installment in the story. You are head and shoulders with the top of the genre.
As an author about to give birth to an epic fantasy series: thanks a lot for raising the bar, dude. Editing and rewrites are going on much longer . . .
