The UK paperback edition of The Legion of Flame (Book 2 of the Draconis Memoria) will be released by Orbit on 1st February. To celebrate I’m giving away five signed copies of the paperback to existing mailing list subscribers and anyone who joins the list between now and midnight GMT on 31st January. The giveaway is open to all subscribers, not just readers in the UK. Join the list by clicking here.
The winners will be chosen at random and notified on 1st February.
Also, Goodreads users please note that I won’t be using that site for giveaways in future since they started charging authors for it. It’s possible my publisher will still use Goodreads for giveaways of unsigned books – if they do I’ll be sure to announce it here. So, from now on if you want to have a chance of winning a signed book from me you need to join the mailing list.

I’m happy to announce The Empire of Ashes – Book Three of The Draconis Memoria – will be released in the US on July 3rd 2018 and the UK on July 5th 2018.
No cover yet but here’s the official book description:
The third book of epic conflicts and arcane intrigue in New York Times bestselling author Anthony Ryan’s Draconis Memoria series.
For hundreds of years, the Ironship Trading Syndicate was fuelled by drake blood–and protected by the Blood-blessed, those few who could drink it and wield fearsome powers. But now the very thing that sustained the corporate world threatens to destroy it.
A drake of unimaginable power has risen, and it commands an army of both beasts and men. Rogue Blood-blessed Claydon Torcreek, Syndicate agent Lizanne Lethridge, and Ironship captain Corrick Hilemore, spread to disparate corners of the world, must rely upon the new powers and knowledge they have gained at great price to halt its forces–or face the end of all they know.
Only hardcover pre-orders are available just now, I’ll upload the links for ebook and audio pre-orders when they appear.
