Thanks John. I should stress that I had no prior knowledge this was going to appear today and haven’t confirmed this date with Orbit. Publishing dates can change so make of this what you will.

Just finished blood song and it is now in my top 5 favorite books. It will be extremely difficult to wait till the second book comes out. Out of curiosity I do wonder how many books to expect in the series?

I’m sixty so I guess by the time these come out so will cataracts or glaucoma. Make sure there is an audio version!!!

1st Order – The Order of the Heart. Sigil: A flame.
2nd Order – The Order of the Spirit. Sigil: The Sun
3rd Order – The Order of the Mind. Sigil: A book and a quill.
4th Order – The Order of Direction. Sigil: An eye.
5th Order – The Order of the Body. Sigil: An open hand.
6th Order – The Order of Defence. Sigil: A blind warrior.
7th Order – ?

Just finished reading Blood Song. Ah-mazing!! Haven’t read a book so engaging and well-written in a long, long time. I’ve already pre-ordered the next book.
Spoilers Alert…
I don’t know if you’ll be able to confirm or not, but will Sherin come back into Vailen’s life in the second book? As one of your many female readers, I so very much hope so!
